Features
A Pillow-Top mattress features an additional layer of padding stitched right on top of the mattress. The padding is a quilted, padded layer for extra comfort. The pillow-top is sewn to the top side of the mattress, with a gap separating the pillow-top from the comfort layer. This gives the distinct appearance of an additional padding layer on top of the mattress.
Individual Pocket Springs: 5 turn, 2.0 Guage tempered Steel pocket springs. Due to their individual coil construction, pocket springs intrinsically absorb this ‘disturbance’ directly underneath the sleeper instead of spreading it across the bed.
Convoluted Foam is placed at the base of the Pillow Top to provide a neutral base for the Memory Foam. Memory Foam is a temperature sensitive foam that is more viscous than traditional foam. Once your body warmth is in contact with its surface, the visco reacts and accepts your body’s pressure points and positions you in a gravity friendly state. That is the quality of visco elastic memory foam, it reacts positively to your body warmth and softens and moulds to its contours
